01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the win365 platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other interface — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and win365.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the win365 platform. Continued use of the platform following any update or amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. win365 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the win365 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement governing your use of the platform.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to hold an active win365 account and to participate in any real-money game, bet, or promotion on the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. win365 does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit, or play under any circumstances.
• You are accessing win365 as a private individual acting on your own behalf — not as a representative, agent, or employee of any business or third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from the win365 platform or been notified that your account has been closed for Terms violations.
• You are not a director, employee, consultant, agent, or affiliate of win365, or a close family member of any such person, and are not using the platform in any capacity that conflicts with win365's operational or commercial interests.
• Participation in online gambling is your personal choice and you accept full responsibility for the legality of your own actions based on the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

Age Verification

win365 reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Where age cannot be confirmed to win365's satisfaction, the account will be suspended and all pending withdrawals placed on hold until verification is complete. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned and no winnings will be paid.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access real-money games and betting markets on win365, you must complete the account registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account information promptly if any details change.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) win365 account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms. win365 employs automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, win365 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed, and retain any bonus funds credited to those accounts.

Login Credentials & Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be treated as your own activity and governed by these Terms, regardless of whether you personally authorised it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify win365 support immediately at support@win365.my.

Account Verification (KYC)

win365 may require you to complete a know-your-customer (KYC) identity verification process before processing any withdrawal request. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and return of deposits net of any withdrawals already processed.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

win365 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically chosen to serve players based in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). win365 does not charge players a transaction fee on deposits or standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited within minutes of confirmation.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• win365 reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for any deposit.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into your win365 account, or to a verified account in your own name.
• Standard withdrawal processing time for bKash and Nagad is under 30 minutes following approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• win365 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal request, including requesting identity documentation, proof of address, and proof of payment method.
• Withdrawals may not be processed until any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to the account balance have been satisfied.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

win365 offers various bonuses, promotions, and free credit awards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, which should be read in full before opting in. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term will take precedence for that promotion only.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonus offers are available to players who are 18 years of age or older and have completed account registration on win365.
• Bonuses are credited in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) to the player's account following fulfilment of the stated qualification criteria (e.g., minimum qualifying deposit).
• Each bonus offer is available to one player per household address, device, and payment method account. Abuse of promotional offers — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and suspension of the account.
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means a ৳1,000 bonus must generate ৳30,000 in total wagers before withdrawal is permitted).
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games, European Roulette Pro, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• win365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms under which it was issued.

Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise specified on the promotion page, bonus funds and associated free spins expire 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Any unplayed bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements will be removed from the account upon expiry without compensation.

06 Gameplay & Betting Rules

By placing any bet or participating in any game on win365, you acknowledge that you understand the rules of the relevant game or betting market and accept the outcome as final, subject to the dispute resolution provisions below.

Casino Games

All casino games available on win365 — including slots, European Roulette Pro, live dealer baccarat, live dealer blackjack, and other table games — use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing conducted in real time by trained dealers in a professional studio environment. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are the long-run statistical averages generated by the RNG provider and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh national fixtures), darts (PDC World Championship, Premier League Darts), and other events are offered at odds determined by win365. The following general rules apply to all sports bets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Subsequent price changes do not affect confirmed bets.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with win365's event-specific rules, which are available on the relevant betting market page.
• Minimum bet: ৳50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• win365 reserves the right to restrict bet sizes, refuse bets, or limit the markets available to any player account at its sole discretion.

Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, manifest error in odds or game display, or any other technical fault that may have affected the outcome or odds of a game or bet, win365 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts. win365 will not honour bets placed at clearly erroneous odds (e.g., odds that are manifestly different from the true market price due to a system error).

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the win365 platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, all associated bets voided, all bonus funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct withheld pending investigation.

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments; providing false identity information; impersonating another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other game format where player interaction may affect outcomes.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the win365 platform in place of genuine human play.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through techniques including, but not limited to, matched betting using the same funds across multiple bonuses, gnoming, or using multiple accounts to collect the same promotion.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider after funds have been deposited and used for real-money play on win365.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, incorrect odds, or display errors to place bets or play games with an artificially inflated expected value.
• Money laundering: Using win365 as a vehicle to launder funds derived from criminal or illegal activities. win365 will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities as required.

win365 reserves the right to take legal action against any player whose conduct causes financial or reputational harm to the platform, its operators, or other players.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your win365 account at any time by contacting support at support@win365.my. Before your account is closed, any verified pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

If you are requesting account closure for responsible gaming reasons — particularly if you feel that gambling is negatively impacting your finances, mental health, or relationships — win365 encourages you to use the self-exclusion tool available in your account settings. Self-exclusion prevents reactivation during the chosen period and is a stronger safeguard than a standard account closure request.

Suspension or Closure by win365

win365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• The account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account holder is identified as being under 18 years of age.
• win365 suspects fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity associated with the account.
• The account holder has opened multiple accounts in violation of the one-account policy.
• A regulatory body or law enforcement authority requests or requires the suspension of the account.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. win365 may charge a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 on dormant accounts after this period. The fee will be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero, at which point the account will be closed. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.

Disputes

Any dispute regarding account closure, bet settlement, or funds must be raised with win365 support within 30 calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. win365 will acknowledge all formal disputes within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 10 business days. Decisions made by win365 following a good-faith investigation are final.
